All members of TCTC are welcome and encouraged to attend.

Please note that in order to vote, you must hold current membership (1 member, 1 vote).

You can attend the AGM in person, online or send in a proxy vote.

In accordance with charity commission rules, trustee / directors have a term of 3 years and then need to stand down. These directors may then stand for re-election should they wish to continue in the role. There may also be trustee / directors who choose to stand down for individual reasons. And Finally, the board may have co-opted new directors / trustee during the year that are voted on as part of the AGM proceedings.

Trustees due for re-election, or to be co-opted / voted on to the board to be announced.

The AGM will be held both online via zoom and in person at High Leigh Conference Centre.
