Mike Staines

Mike has been a staff member and manager at the Mulberry Bush School for 25 years, most recently with a focus on practice development. He teaches on the ‘Bush’s foundation degree and has led outreach training with various organisation. Mike has been involved with Community of Community projects since 2011, mostly as lead or TC specialist for accreditations and peer reviews, including for prison TCs and in both Ireland and Greece. Mike has facilitated small groups at the Windsor conference for the last four years. He was a member of the working group that developed the C of C / TCTC Core Competencies. He is currently co-chair of TCTC’s Children & Young People Sector Interest Group. Mike’s training is psychodynamic and he is a member of APCIOSS.
