Five Rivers has over 30 years’ experience in providing therapeutic children's services with residential, clinical and education provision alongside fostering families. We have a dedicated service to children and young people in need of support through Five Rivers Futures post care leaving age, creating an environment that nurtures and guides them to a meaningful future. As a Social Enterprise, we are proud to partner with over 135 local authorities and NHS Trusts, providing integrated services across five key focus areas. We operate from 22 locations around England led by a team of expert practitioners determined to provide experiences of meaningful change in children’s lives.
